Tessuto Di Notte ships orders with discreet packaging and careful handling.

Order processing times are typically 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. During launch periods, holidays, or high-volume moments, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control may occur.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent when available. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier first, then contact us at tessutodinotte@gmail.com.

International orders, if offered, may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or local charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
