Return and Refund Policy

We want every Tessuto Di Notte order to feel considered from the moment it arrives. If something is not right, contact us at tessutodinotte@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery so we can help.

Because lingerie and intimate apparel are personal items, returns are accepted only for eligible pieces that are unworn, unwashed, unused, free of fragrance or marks, and returned with original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners intact where applicable. For hygiene reasons, panties, thongs, opened intimate accessories, final sale items, gift cards, and worn or altered items cannot be returned.

To start a return, email tessutodinotte@gmail.com with your order number, the item name, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error or damaged item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and order details. If approved, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
