Start a Return

We accept returns on unworn items with hygiene seals intact, within 14 days of delivery.

How to start
Email us with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and an address within one business day.

Conditions
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals intact. For hygiene reasons, briefs, thongs and bodysuits cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
For a different size, start a return and place a new order. That is the fastest way to secure the size you want before it sells out.

Return shipping
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
